1. How can I see your wholesale prices and product
catalogue?
Our current
wholesale/export prices and product range are available on our website.
To view
prices and place an order, please register and log in to your account.
All prices
displayed on our website are wholesale export prices. We do not sell at retail
prices.
You can
browse our products, check the current prices and create your order directly
through our website.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We understand
that customers may prefer to start with a small order, especially when working
with us for the first time. We are happy to accommodate smaller initial orders
so that you can become familiar with our products and quality.
Most of our
products are handcrafted, and therefore we generally do not require a fixed
minimum quantity per individual product.
If a
particular product has a minimum order quantity, we will inform you during the
ordering process.
Our minimum
total order value is USD 3,000.
3. Are your prices wholesale or retail prices?
All prices
shown on our website are wholesale export prices.
Our website
is intended for international wholesale buyers, distributors, retailers and
importers. We do not operate as a retail seller.
4. Do you accept small first orders?
Yes.
We
understand that a new customer may wish to start with a smaller order before
establishing a long-term business relationship.
We are
therefore open to smaller first orders, provided that the total order value
meets our USD 3,000 minimum order requirement.
This allows
you to test our products in your market before placing larger orders.
5. Do you manufacture your own products?
Yes.
We are a manufacturer
and exporter of Turkish handicraft and souvenir products.
We work with
traditional Turkish craftsmanship and offer a wide range of products suitable
for wholesale and international markets.

in preparing and shipping Turkish products to customers in different parts of

6. Are your products handmade?
A large part
of our product range is produced using traditional handicraft techniques.
Because
handmade production involves human craftsmanship, slight differences in color,
shape, pattern or finish may occur from one piece to another. These natural
variations are part of the character and authenticity of handcrafted Turkish
products.
7. Do you offer private label or custom-branded
packaging?
Yes, we can
produce private-label and custom-branded packaging for suitable
products.
The minimum
quantity and production requirements depend on the product, packaging type and
customization requested.
For
private-label orders, we need to discuss the requirements product by product,
including the packaging design, materials, printing and required quantities.

8. Can you customize products according to our
requirements?
Customization
may be possible for selected products.
Depending on
the product, we may be able to discuss changes to colors, designs, packaging,

9. Do your products have food-contact or food-safety
certifications?
Our products
are primarily manufactured for decoration, gifting and general daily-use
purposes.
They are not
manufactured or marketed as food-contact products or for direct use with food,
unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product.
Therefore,
food-safety certifications such as BRC, IFS or FSSC 22000 are generally not
applicable to our decorative handicraft product range.
If you have
a specific product that you intend to use for food contact, please contact us
before placing an order so that we can review the product and intended use with
you.
10. Do your products require special storage
conditions?
Most of our
products are decorative or general-use handicraft items and do not require
special storage conditions.
However,
products should be stored in a dry and clean environment and protected
from excessive moisture, extreme temperatures and physical damage during
storage.
For products
with specific storage requirements, we can provide additional information upon
request.
11. Can you provide product specifications and
material information?

14. Which delivery terms do you offer?

prices are based on EXW (Ex Works) terms.

according to the size and volume of your order.

17. What are your payment terms?
Our standard
payment terms are payment in advance.
For
specially manufactured or customized products, our standard arrangement is:
30% advance
payment:
Production starts after the 30% deposit has been received.
70% balance
payment:
The remaining 70% balance must be transferred before the goods are cleared for
export/customs procedures.
Payment
terms may be discussed separately for established customers and long-term
business relationships.
18. Can you send free samples before the first order?
We do not
normally provide free samples.
Instead, we
understand that customers may wish to see our products before placing a larger
order, so we are happy to accept smaller initial orders.
This allows
you to receive the actual products, evaluate their quality and introduce them
to your market before placing larger wholesale orders.
19. Can I order different products together?
Yes.
You can
generally combine different products in the same order.
Since we
offer a wide range of Turkish handicraft and souvenir products, mixed-product
orders are possible and can be discussed according to your requirements.
Individual
product MOQs may apply to certain items, and we will inform you if this is the
case.
20. How are the products packed for export?
Our products
are packed according to their individual characteristics to help protect them
during international transportation.
Packaging

21. Can you provide carton dimensions and shipping

22. How long does production take?
Production
